Stratosphere is a classic rock trio that takes their audience on a tour of memorable hits from album-oriented FM radio from the 60’s to the early 2000’s. The repertoire features favorites by such artists as the Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Robin Trower, Tom Petty, ZZ Top, Stone Temple Pilots, and many more. Band members Jon Lamoreaux (guitar/vocals), Timmy Soderburg (Drums/vocals) and Jay Trocke (bass/vocals) are all veterans of the club music scene, and are fond of telling their fans that they were playing classic rock back when it was just called rock. The emphasis is on fun, and the band enjoys engaging with audience members of all ages. Says Jon, “We find a lot of young people singing along with these songs – it’s really a timeless art form – and we love bringing back memories for fans who remember where they were and who they were with when they were first released.”

Four Columbia Gorge residents form the Big River Blues Band, their objective to walk in the footsteps of the blues giants they admire.
